Tommy Lee's Story
Life
I currently work for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Before joining the University of South Carolina Staff, I worked as a senior business manager, controller, and administrator for large, hospital-based, surgical and ophthalmology practices, a nursing home and a healthcare education center.
Additionally, I have completed 26 years of active Military service with the United States Air Force and retired in December 1993 at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska with the rank of full Colonel. My wife, Margaret is from Sioux City, Iowa. We have been married for 33+ years, and have two Children: Tracy and Tommy, III who both,graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Margaret and I are very active in horseback riding and horse carriage competitions. We travel a lot in and out of South Carolina with our horses and carriages competing. We live about eight miles from Columbia, SC traveling toward Sumter (near Lower Ricland High School) in a sub-division called Hunting Creek Farms. I have two Bachelor of Science Degrees: one in Accounting and one in Healthcare and Hospital Administration. Also, I have a MBA in Business Administration.
